Three years ago I was shown plastic/yarn Cross in My Pocket. I loved it so much I started making them for friends and to witness to others. As of this date - 9/18/2015 - I have made and given away at least 500 crosses and continue to make them. I have family and friends who ask me for more so they can also use them when witnessing to others. I just love \"The Yesterdays Of Our Life\". I sometimes
think of those past years and how we use to play outside all the time, summer or winter. My brother went home to be with the Lord October 4, 2013. We use to call each other and sometimes talk about how it was when we were kids. I had been witnessing to my brother for a long time, a couple of years. I told him that mom and dad both got saved before they died and I am saved and we can all be together again forever if he was saved. One day he send me an email saying he had accepted Jesus as his personal savior. The made me very happy because it wasn\'t long after that, that he got sick and was in the hospital for about a month and went home. He called me a couple of times and one day he called me and he said, guess where I am, I didn\'t know,he said, I am in a deer stand. and I said, Gene, do you think you should be up there and he said he was where he wanted to be. He called his daughter who lived across town and ask her to come and take a picture of him in his deer stand. That was the last time I talked with him, he passed away shortly after that.Praise the Lord, he got save before he died, now we can be together forever. We didn\'t have any other brothers or sisters. God bless you and your husband. Have a wonderful Lords day tomorrow.

I answered God call to preach the gospel on September 23, 2007. I do not have a church as of yet. I have a Jail Ministry here in Brownwood where I preach to the inmates every third Sunday. I would like to have it every Sunday and that is my goal. I am a Baptist and believe once saved always saved. I believe you can backslide away from God and you must repent of your sins to be reconciled with God. Jesus does not have to be nailed to the cross each time a christian sins, He never would be able to come down off the cross. His blood was shed for our past present and future sins. That does not give us get out of jail card. For if we love God then we will strive to do His will and not sin. We are not perfect by any means. There is only one perfect God/man and look what we did to Him. I want to be a vessel used by God and set on a shelf and do nothing.
