Hello everyone. I am an active duty captain in the Marine Corps stationed in Camp Lejeune. First of all, let me thank you all for your service- I am humbled by what you experienced. Secondly, does anyone remember a Lieutenant Stuart Strieby? He was with I/3/5, 1966-1967. He is my father. He and I share a bond as father and son and as Marines. He still loves the Corps and enjoys talking about his service, but does not delve far into personal experiences, and I can fully understand why. Between two combat veterans, and a father and son, sometimes words do not do justice and some things are better left unsaid. I\'m just wondering if anyone out there remembers him. If anyone does, he is still alive and well! Thank you again for your service and sacrifice. Hope to hear from someone! |

My father is Retired Major Duane E. Crawford. He was in both Operation Bold Mariner and Operation Taylor Common. He served two tours in Vietnam and 26 years in the Corps in all. My mother, Kay, passed away almost four years ago. Since then, I\'ve been trying to help him come in contact with his Marine family. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. |

I am looking for any information or photographs on my Uncle; Robert Gordon Goddard. He was in Operation Union II, Mike Company 3/5 Marines. KIA May 26, 1967. PLEASE help if you remember him. I am creating a memorial shadow box for my mother, his sister. I want him to be remembered. He was killed when I was 6 months old, at 20 years old. It haunts me just thinking about it and what he must have went through. I served 12 years in the Navy and Army and only now am learning anything about my uncle. Anything would help. Thanks SEMPER FI |

Debbe and Brad--Coming up on the 48 anniversary of the loss of our beloved friend, Tommy Briggs. We honor him every year at Dunn School where we all went to school. There is a monument to Tommy, and we tell the history of those days. A lot of young people now scarcely know what Vietnam was about. Tommy is a link to those days and those who we honor. |

MY father, who passed 3 years ago was at Chu Lai in August of 67. We were not very close until the last few years of his life and I have an emptiness or guilt I carry for not understanding what the war did to him. I am trying to find anyone who knew my dad who could tell me anything. All I have left are pictures and a uniform. Anyone who knew Leonard \" Lenny\" Lundquist from Illinois, please feel free to email me. I certainly appreciate it. Semper Fi xteriors2003@yahoo.com |

Debbe --- Brad was a great Marine, a great man, and a great friend. It\'s not about brother Brad now, it\'s about you. The truth is, without Debbe in his life, there would have been no Brad Reynolds. Without Debbe in his life, there would not have been a website that you brought about to help him find his past. I know you put yours on hold to do so. Without Debbe in his life, many Mike Co. Marines would still be sitting in limbo with an empty hole in their hearts wondering whatever happened to \"my brothers\". Without Debbe in his life, there would not have been one last BBQ. We thank you for looking after our brother. Now look out after yourself. Brother Jack Swan & Ms. Merle P.S. --- Punjami |

I just wanted to let you know that you are in my prayers. You and Brad will always have special place in my heart. I am 41 years old and the BEST 4th of July ever was spent at his house when I was a kid- he knew how to throw an amazing 4th of July party. I didn\'t know anybody else who had a pet goat! I thought that was the coolest thing. No 4th has ever topped it in my book -none ever will. It is one of my fondest childhood memories and I will always remember you both with a smile. Draw on the strength of others - take care of yourself and know that although my folks and I haven\'t seen you in a long time that you are loved. Love knows no time limit, love knows no distance, it is ever present. |

This is your Mama, Debbe, my Baby Girl. Hope I don\'t embarrass you with my message filled with overflowing LOVE for you and Brad, but you do know my old heart. You have always known of my love for you both over all these years of your loyal support of your Beloved Brad. I am grateful of Brad\'s devotion and strengths in his love for you, my Darling Debbe--those are the memories to hold closest in your heart as in my heart. Brad knew that love from me when we visited your Oklahoma estate where you both worked your hearts out to make it such a welcomed place of peace, love and awesome beauty. Remember Daddy Bill\'s words of comfort, \"Take it slow and easy Sweetheart, and Stand Strong.\" He called you The Pick of the Litter.\" He and Brad had a great understanding and I will always love Brad for his loving respect to Pa and Ma. God\'s comfort and peace hold you closely as you look to him for all your needs. With all my love, all the time and always.Mom XXXOOO |

My Dearest Sister, I am numb with sadness. The world does not feel right without Brad...one of the bravest men I have ever known...not only for his exemplary service in Vietnam, but for his courage to fight for his POW/MIA and PTSD brothers. And you are the bravest and strongest woman I know...always by Brad\'s side, fighting the fight for him and for all of the thousands of Veterans you helped together. The compassion I feel for your loss is beyond words, Debbe. Please know that you can call us no matter what time it is...we are here for you. With All Our Love and Deepest Condolences, Nan & Sarge |
