There 'should' be post delivery on a Saturday, but I would post any parcels as far ahead as you can, just for peace of mind.
The shops mostly have shorter opening ours at the moment (Covid) but the new Scotmid (Co-op) at the South end of town is open to 22:00 every night I think.

Hi William, on my 2019 Challenge I posted my supply parcel on Thursday in Edinburgh and it was waiting for me in Ault-na-goire on Monday evening.
