(1) If I post a package at Kyle of Lochalsh on Monday 09 May what are the chances of it reaching the Sutherlands by Friday 13th May? I will be crossing Loch Ness on the Saturday evening but I am assuming there is no mail delivery on Saturdays.

Any advantage of posting it in London the previous Friday - probably not.

(2) What time do the shops in Drumnadrochit close on Saturdays?

There 'should' be post delivery on a Saturday, but I would post any parcels as far ahead as you can, just for peace of mind.
The shops mostly have shorter opening ours at the moment (Covid) but the new Scotmid (Co-op) at the South end of town is open to 22:00 every night I think.
