I was considering a route south of the Garry but was advised that the Bhalachain bridge had gone completely and the other was impassable.

Is the new bridge over Allt Choire a Bhalachain on the site of the old bridge ? If not have you a grid reference for the new one ?

Also the wooden bridge over Allt Garaich Ghualaich at Garrygualach was supposed to be quite risky, has that also been improved?
