Re: Gloves for a rainy day

Rab Phantom Grip gloves for me - your hands get wet but never cold.

Interesting, I've been looking at the Versaliners online, but don't know what size to get. Are they waterproof?

Re: Gloves for a rainy day

I found that the sizing guidelines on the OR website to be fairly accurate, at least for the men's large. They will keep your hands pretty dry with the over-gloves on. If you don't mind them being wet the gloves are pretty warm on their own. Two things though, you need to rig some sort of clip to keep the glove/over-glove together I'm fairly certain that I'll loose one of the four raher quickly. The other thing, and it's a big one for me, is that they are not touch screen compatible so you need to take both gloves off to check a phone ot other touch screen. I could probably adapt them with some conductive thread but for the price that ability should be built in.
