I took several weeks away from the carpet business to teach a building energy performance class which was a great break and help recharged my batteries.
I reflected on the fact that our business can and is cutthroat and ugly at times. But we can rise above this by the quality of service OP provides, the quick dry times, odor and allergen reduction. (FYI - In the coming weeks I'm going to have the dander and mold measured before and after cleaning to give my customers hard proof our approach works best)
Good to see you back, Mike. I thought I had lost you to one or more of the "hi-volume" c.c. forums. Let us know how those tests go when you've done a few.
One of the things I learned is to be careful visiting the other forums. I've been called everything under the sun for OPing. It doesn't bother me, just rather not put energy into negative activities.
