Hello everyone, So I am so close to getting the okay from my wife (you can say it... i'm whipped! )to go ahead with this system. But she is curious to know what other people use to make sure that the proper taxes are being applied and that everything stays on the up and up so that come April we don't get hit with a huge tax requirement. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

As a self-employed individual, you are responsible for making quarterly payments of estimated taxes due. I would get set up with a good tax person (CPA or accountant) in advance so that you do everything on the up & up.
