Active Living Cafe ~ held by the WLCT

Dementia Cafés offer a relaxed social gathering for people with dementia and their carers. These are held by the Active Living Team for the WLCT

Every month carers & loved ones receive a warm welcome at our ‘Active Café. Enjoy evidence based exercise & creative activities. Helping you live well with dementia.

As well as a cuppa, you can also get advice, information, support and make new friends.

Diamond Club - Grey Road (off Old Road), Ashton-in-Makerfield. WN4 9QW

Every 3rd Thursday of the month ~ 10:30-12:30

Leigh Cricket Club - Beech Walk, WN7 3LH.

Every 1st Wednesday of each month ~ 10:30-12:30
