Hi, very new to this but I wanted to try some reskinning of Trainz assets, and was pointed to TGATool2 as a way of converting .texture files into editable images. I followed the tutorial at s1.zetaboards.com/Trainzer_Source/topic/1982107/1/ but when loading a .texture file I get a white image in the window. The title bar gives a valid filename and image size, e.g. T4CB3.tga 2048x2048x32 and the main window scrolls but it's just white!
Any ideas here? Thanks in advance for your help.
