Your engine looks great. Do you know where I can buy one? I have a WK-7 from 1954, but the block is locked up. I really want to run this engine on my boat. Would interested in the powerhead, or the entire outboard if you know anyone who is selling one or parts.
Wizard Tech Info on this site is a good place to start. Wizard WK7 is based on Mercury Mark 20 powerhead and gear case. Mercury Service Manual for Mercury
Models 1965 and Prior if you can pick one up used for a reasonable sum
is a good place to start. Bear in mind that Mercury last made Wizards in the
late 1950's when cars had tail fins so finding information and parts will
take a little more doing.
Before you start take off your rose tinted lenses and evaluate true condition
of outboard starting with power head. Compression check will indicate condition
of rings and cylinders...low or uneven compression means trouble with "T"
as does bearing noise or roughness when rolling engine over. Gear case
noise or roughness also indicate problems within. Remove gear case grease plugs
and check for rusty water or metal fragments neither of which is good. Look out for frost cracked gear case
Appearance is a fairly good guide to how well motor was cared for. Much of
what is wrong with old outboards could have been easily prevented with a
little tlc. Hopefully your Wizard has no major issues. Unless it was serviced
recently you can expect to do some ignition/magneto, carburetor work and very
likely replace waterpump impeller.
Your mechanical experience, tool inventory and work space will figure into
how difficult and how long it will take. First determine if your Wizard
is a good candidate for reviving. Some are, Some aren't and many are somewhere
in between.

Wizard WK7 is similar to Mercury Mark 20 so it might be worth looking
for a Mark 20 parts motor both for parts and practice.

Stands are not cheap & are scarce. Complete & proper & restored, perhaps $500. That is mine & the 1956 Super 10 with the quickie & no, I do not have the stand for sale, even at $500.I do believe that the stand was post Mercury era & for the Scott Wizards. Also motor not for sale either, sorry. The stands do come up once in a while on ebay in various forms of completeness & condition.
