recieved free wizard super 5 look clean but somebody hung 2 coils on outside dont no why with battery clamps maybe bypassing magneto going to try to start not frozen up need advice

The whole, correct phelon magneto assemblies and CAM should be easy to find. People are quite inventive in what they come up with. I have a feeling yours was an extreme case.
