MANUEL/PARTS BOOK - 4.5HP WIZARD

Would anyone have a parts/manuel book for a wizard 4.5hp outboard? Need to go through it and tune it up.

Thanks a bunch in advance!

Re: MANUEL/PARTS BOOK - 4.5HP WIZARD

Wizard was a brand used by Western Auto for a number of years to identify seller...motors themselves made by a variety of firms...Eska,Chrysler,West Bend,Scott,
Oliver, Kiekhaefer/Mercury, Muncie Gear all made Wizards at one time or another...maybe others as well.
The model identification letter/numbers and serial
number will tell us who made your motor. As for servicing information...you likely will find your best
bet is one of the aftermarket service manuals of the
era of your motor. Outboard maker may have offered same basic units to several retailers for sale under
each retailers brand so parts and information may not
have to come from a Wizard source. Eska used Tecumseh
air cooled powerheads which can add another level
of confusion or help..... depending on how you look at it.
