Nahhh...not worth terribly much as a collectible, but if in good running condition, they make good fishing motors. They are a fairly difficult design to work on compared to other models, but are known to be reliable if well cared for.
I'd recommend placing a free classified ad on AOMCI.org if you want to sell it. As far as pricing, just describe it best to your abilities and I'd recommend just asking for offers and take the best. If it is in really rough shape, you could always sell it for parts.
