I just recieved this wizard and want to restore it for use. I need the rubber gasket for the glass bell.

That is a 1965 Wizard made by Chrysler and is based on the design they inherited from West Bend outboards (and the popular "Elgin" line sold at Sears in the 40's and 50's). You should be able to get the gasket through:
