not sure of the year. Techuseh power head water cooled. has anyone had luck tapping out the bypass cover and puting a minkuni pump on it. then blocking off the inside the carb fuel pump. This one has fuel issues that I am diagnosing as a major air leak due to the fuel pump element being bad.
