Hello,

I am working on the lower unit and I took the lower unit loose from the mid section and about a 1 inch cone spacer fell out, I Think it goes onto the bolt that goes from the lower pump to the top of the mid section.

any help would be appreciated on the location of the cone spacer

Yes Mike, it goes on the LONG bolt & be sure it is put on, small end down.

so when I slide the 2 pieces of the lower unit and mid section together the cone slides over the long bolt and does it just rest down at the botom along the lower unit?
