I believe that is a 1964 model manufactured by McCulloch. It is the same as the Ted Williams models of that vintage sold at Sears. The oil mixture should be 24:1 for those models.
You can check the "Scott Guy" website and http://www.discount-marine-parts.com/ob_mcculloch_wizard.html should you need basic aftermarket maintenance parts or if you need to track down a used replacement part. Ebay seems to be a good source for these motors, too.
