You have a fairly rare Wizard manufactured by Oliver. Oliver only made Wizards in '57 and '58 (yours is a '58) following Mercury's long production run. Your best starting point is probably here:

thanks JP that is the first wizard that I have made by Oliver, I have as my wife would say a Favor for Wizards. I do think I am at 18 of them and climbing.
