Setting New Habits—How Many Productive Days in a Month?
Hi everyone,
I’ve started a new fitness and mindfulness challenge, and I’m trying to track my progress based on my typical routine.
Since I work a standard Monday to Friday job, I find that my habits are much easier to maintain during the structured work week compared to the chaotic weekends.
I want to see how many consistent days of practice I can achieve over the next quarter to keep myself motivated and accountable.
