I am writing in general about marketing, we have been passing out fliers 1/3 of a page 80lb gloss, and jobs seem to come in, I am thinking of small billboards, bus stop signs, mailouts, ?radio?, amount of space in yellowbooks, a vehicle wrap, etc. of course we would like to do all those things, can't right now, would appreciate any advise on certain things that get YOU GUYS CALLS.

First of all, see the post by Mike (in Yuma AZ) just a few posts back, wherein he describes the use of 3x5 card and a few rocks contained in a small zip-lok plastic back, and thrown onto people's front door area from a passing car. Strikes me as sheer genius. Or devise your own "outside the box" version of this technique.
You definitely want to have a website, and you want to use Craigslist posts a few times every week (they are FREE!)
Get to know all of the managers of real estate offices in your area. Offer them a free or 1/2 price cleaning of their office cleaning if they will call you when someone is moving in or out of one of their listings. Point out to them how the same house with clean carpeting will sell faster and at a higher price than a house made to look dingy by its soiled carpeting. Make another deal with the brokers in each office to clean their own home carpeting at a great price.
