I am despeerately searching for any photos of Bobby Nield who raced at Plainville Racetrack, in CT, back in the 60's.
Bobby recently died at age 74, after suffering a long terrible illness, and due to my house burning down and loss of all photos we have nothing left of those wonderful days at the track.
He raced against Jap and Tony and Skip etc.
Anyone who ever went to the races in Plainville, back in the day, knows that it was intense competition but it was all "family" and I miss the speedy dry in my eyes and the roar of the engines
Most of all I will miss Bobby.
