I recently saw Mike Love for the first time in concert and was overwhelmed by how amazing he was. During a break in the concert he lent down and signed my 1985 self titled Beach Boys album. Bruce Johnston did the same too.

I was wondering what are other peoples best Mike Love experience?

I was going to say seeing Mike overwhelmed when presented with a copy of Looking Back With Love, but my best Mike Love experience would be seeing the gate crash on the car that was taking him and Bruce into the venue!

My best Mike Love experience was meeting him for the first time ever in Edinburgh this year. He was such a gentleman and signed my pictures and even got his photo taken with me.

A real gentleman ... we need more like him.
