Is the 85 dollar encap brush intended to be used directly on carpet? If so, can it be used to drive a pad instead of the challenger velcro/wooden driver as an option?
I haven't done any encap yet and was going to try it with the challenger on an upcoming commercial glue down job.
I know it with take some trial and error but wondering about expected production rates.
This job is 2 meeting rooms (about 1500 sq ft total) and 9 small offices of various sizes in a nursing home.
Thanks for any input.
There is no encap brush attachment for the Challenger - that I know of. Excellent-Supply's FiberPlus pads work very well for encapping with the velcro face of the Challenger's pad driver. I alway also have on hand a couple of E-S's FiberMax pads, for really cruddy commercial carpeting.
They are more coarse and more aggressive.
Mark, the brush i was talking about is on smart cleaning solutions.com sold as an encap brush.
Also, I've been using ccs abstration vlm and tlc for years and wondered what you guys use. Any input is always appreciated, thanks.
