Generally speaking, the warmer months are the busier months. People tend to put off this kind of work when they feel people will be tramping in snow and wet shoes over their newly cleaner carpet. Right now I am finding that my residential business reflects that a lot of my customers are away on vacations, but my commercial work is humming. Within a space of 5 days I have 3 large condo buildings to do, plus a major office building, ranging from about $700 up to around $2000 per building.
