excuse for the dumb question but ive had the challenger a couple weeks now i have cleaned almost a dozen times with it but for the life of me can't figure out what tip blooming is. I keep the machine constantly moving never stay in one spot too long. Is it a burn left in the carpet or a swirl pattern any help so i can avoid doing it.

Tip bloom can occur if machine is left in one spot too long or if carpet is too dry on cut pile carpet. The individual carpet fibers unwind or fray on the ends. Gives it a fuzzy look.
