I got the first portion of my package last week and I spent the week reading all of the material before trying out the stair tool. What better place to start than home? I used the encap green and I must say things turnerd out very well, carpets were brighter and looked cleaner. I unfortunately used a dry pad, I forgot all about wetting the pad, things still came out great though. I read another post that said the encap was mixed with the odo ban. I thought that shouldn't be done. Thanks Mark for the help thus far, any incite on this would be helpful.
I might have posted once about the inadvisibility of mixing carpet cleaning products in general, but I don't think mixing in an odor neutralizer would cause any ill effects. But I will ask Steve Smith at Vacaway (makers of Encap Green) for his opinion on this.
