I think you should be agreeable to moving a certain amount of moveable furniture as part of your standard fee. I use furniture gliders, which I include in the Package I send to people, to easily move any number of fairly heavy pieces of furniture. If the customer wants every last piece of furniture moved, this can be very time-consuming, and I would tell them that a surcharge would be involved. You can then both decide whether or not you will do the job. I will rarely agree to disassemble and move a bed. I point out how the Challenger will clean everything visible 6 or 8 inches under the edge of the bed.
