From what I can find on their website, they use a CRB (counter-rotating brush) machine, and oxygenated bleach, which is sodium percarbonate. When mixed with water, it becomes hydrogen peroxide, which acts as a bleaching agent. They talk about how it "encapsulates" soil, but I can't tell from the text whether this acts like what we think of as encapsulation cleaning.
I believe they have one of the large manufacturers make a special h2o2 based encapsulant for them. I think the similar franchise oxi-magic does something similar.
