Just a short note to thank Mike for developing a great carpet cleaning system and business. I've recently taken delivery of my Challenger and associated products (Vacaway samples are great!), and totally immersed myself in Mike's operating manual.

I cleaned my first carpet yesterday (I have the photos to prove it!), and the Drysdale process did a fantastic job. My wife couldn't believe how great the carpet looked AND felt! I'm looking forward to introducing the Drysdale method to my entire community. Thanks Mike...for me, this represents a life free from the corporate rat race.
