To retain customer loyalty, throw in a "freebie"

Everyone likes getting something for free, even if they can well afford to pay for it. I offer my commercial customers one free interim spot-scrub visit about half-way between regularly scheduled visits. It doesn't take that long, and it helps your customer keep their premises looking terrific all year long. One of my intown Boston customers - Oxfam-America, the world-famous famine relief agency - likes to have this free visit scheduled just before their twice-a-year Board of Directors meeting. Their Facility Manager wants to be sure that the Board sees everything looking clean & neat.
