Yesterday I received a phone call from a Facility Manager at a private school in Boston's Beacon Hill section. He wanted me to come by and give him a proposal for carpet cleaning (he said he found me by Googling "natural carpet cleaning" boston) It turned out to be not a large job - about $750. But as I was going thru the building with him, I noticed very dirty floor tiles in the 14 bathrooms, as well as a badly worn finish on 2 wood floors, including the gym/basketball court. I then told him how I could work with him on improving the appearance and condition of these areas as well. Now I've got a customer in all 3 floor surfaces.
