Has anyone else had problems with Oban customer service?

I have left (4) voicemails last week and an email inquiring about products and pricing and have yet to get a reply.

If I was that evasive to my customers they wouldn't stick around long.

Curious if any of you out there have had a similar experience or have any suggestions.
