Any body have a good line to convince people that the natural method and the challenger are safe for Oriental rugs? Mark; Ive done a few with Orbit natural. I flipped them over and vacumed both sides like you mentioned. They all came out awesome.People still cringe when I tell them dont worry. Should I just tell them I 'll take them to my shop like they are used to, and clean them? Half the people in my town have the dang things!

I normally clean these with my Challenger and the middle-level glider (not the holy glider - too aggressive). On small rugs, especially those on slippery floor surfaces, I have sometimes used my stair tool. Otherwise, the rug may jump around too much. Takes a little longer, but it lets you do a job that you might otherwise pass on.
