How many of you clean green ALL the time? I'd say I clean with bio-based products in about 3/4 of my residential work, and use encap cleaners which rate a 1 on the health scale for the trashed carpets and commercial jobs.

If any of you do green commercial cleaning, how do you charge? I gave a bid recently for a day care and gave them 2 bids, one for "all natural" and the other for encap. I added 5 cents /sf for the all natural bid.

I stay 95 - 100% green (natural products) on the residential side of my business, but on larger commercial job proposals I frequently offer 2 choices; natural (somewhat slower due to pad turning and replacement), and encap (faster process). My sq. ft. differential is between 4 and 6 cents.
