if i get a call to do just T&G cleaning i'll charge .75 per sq ft. to clean.
as an add on with carpet cleaning, i'll charge .55 per sq ft. to clean.
as an add on with carpet cleaning and pressure washing, i'll charge .40 per sq ft. to clean.
i dont do any sealing.
on most of my larger CC jobs, i wont even charge to clean T&G providing the floor is not over 100sq ft.
I charge between .75 and $1.00/s.f. to clean, depending upon the size of the job. Sealing ought not be done until the grout has had time to dry. This usually involves going back the following day, which can turn out NOT to be an economic use of my time, unless the job is pretty close to home. So I will normally decline to seal if a long trip to several towns away would be involved. I charge .50/sf to seal when I do it.
