Corparation, Partnership(with someone) or Sole Propritor?

Does your wife work? How many kids do you have? These all help answer the ? you asked. Mainly about the IRS.

As for sales tax Maryland might be exempt from carpet cleaners collecting sales tax. You need to call your div of taxation and ask.
