I market my residential service as all-natural, so I rarely encap in homes, unless the owner tells me (or somehow shows me thru personal habits, like being a smoker) that he/she doesn't care what kind of product I use.
I use encap primarily in commercial situations, but always offer the owner/property manager the natural option also. I tell them I have to charge a little more, since due to continually turning and changing cotton pads, the job goes more slowly.
There are as yet no all-natural encap products.
