? for ya, in a prior post you said you had a nursing home with a coffee spill. How did you get your foot in the door to do the demo and what do you have for an op machine?
Hi Joe. A while back Mark had a post about marketing to funeral homes, which got me thinking... Then Jim England shared a fantastic letter that he said we could use. I basically used Jim's letter and put some before/after pictures on the back and sent it to about 20 funeral homes and retirement communities in the area. Out of those 20 I got 2 demo's. One demo was two weeks ago, and this was followed by a cleaning last Weds evening. They are now going to have me return every 6 months. The other demo was yesterday. The staff of this facility told me that they have to present a budget to the powers that be, but that they are going to push really hard to include having me do quarterly cleanings in the budget. Hopefully this will be a regular job also.
