Mark I am intressted about the wood floors if you could email me some info I would appriciate it. I know you do not do stripping but I am also intressted in that can I do this with the challanger please email me with some info. I also want to order some extra pads, I do not think 20 will be enouph I could not find the ones you told me about on argoco.com if you could help me I would appriciate it

Re. stripping: not something I've done very much of.
Used the Challenger grout & tile brush one time on a stone (slate) floor, along with some generic brand of floor stripper. Try posting this question at
the bulletin board at www.icsmag.com. You might also try www.dirtygrout.com.

Re. the Argo 2-ply pads, go back to www.argoco.com.
Jot down the phone number, then give them a call. The phone is sometimes answered by Anne Argo Saunders, daughter of founder Anne Argo. (or is it Dorothy?) Just tell them you want to order 17" 2-ply terrycloth pads.
