Is the training manuel on vhs or dvd, I only have dvd just asking ahead so I can be ready want to get started as soon as possible.

The Training MANUAL is on paper. The 15-minute video which comes packed with your Challenger can be either. I will e-mail the Watsons to make sure you receive the DVD version.
