Well finally our company is up and running, and we have done 2 homes already. We have a commercial job coming up on Sunday. Thanks again for all of the posts, they have been a great resource.
What method do you use for cleaning berber carpets with the Challenger? Do you use a fiber pad or terry cloth pad? Does the detergent free product work fine on this type of carpet?

If you are using an encapsulation product, use any pad which scrubs effectively, but doesn't absorb. If you are using a traditional cleaning product (either synthetic or natural), or an encap product specifically designed for extraction (Releasit Encap Punch) use cotton pads.

Thanks for the reply. For commercial low loop or berber, a green striped synthetic bonnet, and Relesit DS using the encapsulation method would be a good recommendation?

For really trashed out commercial (LP/GD) I've gotten best encap results with the Fiber-Max pad.

here's a secret:

forget the green-striped Tuway Thinone's. try a BROWN-striped Tuway Thinone and you'll never look back!
