I am really starting to advertise and hope the calls come rolling in. I am doing door hangers at a fixed rent senior complex in a day or two and will be doing a flat fee for them which I think is fair.
How ever my real ? is what is the current cost for doing a reis home per square foot or is it better two do a flat rate, say two rooms for $99.00
Most senior living complexes that I've been in are really on the compact side. You could probably make an offer to do a whole place (one rate for a studio; a second rate for a 1-bedroom; and a third rate for a 2-bedroom (if there are any 2-bedrooms). Maybe $99 for a 1-bedroom; $89 for a studio; and $109 for a 2-bedroom?
