Commerical cleaning I can do my ? is on resi work.

When using the challenger or a pilemaster(CBM) how much juice do I spray down. Do I soak the carpet or just dampen it?

I understand the cut pile is pron to tip bloom by doing this method of cleaning is that true?

You certainly don't want to soak the carpet. With VLM, carpet cleaning is like modern architecture: less is more. More in the sense of better. With less soil, use less moisture; with heavy soiling, use maybe a little more, but do more passes. The idea of OP, and I suppose, CBMs, is to clean on the agitation side of the equation, not the moisture side. Hope this helps.
