So I have graduated past my first bottle of Outsolve. I ordered more. It cam in a box, I did not open. I just opened it, because I'm almost out of Outsolve. From the smae company - called Envirorite. It is NOT called OUTSOLVE, it is called "Carpet Cleaner - Free Rinsing". It does not really discuss how to mix for op cleaning.
My questions:
1. Is this the same product relabled?
2. Are mixing ratios the same?
I would call the company but I have an 8am job scheduled. Please let me know guys!

I use Outsolve, and provide it with the Challenger package, since it has a little higher Ph (it's a little stronger cleaner) than "Carpet Cleaner". But go ahead and use it. I doubt that you'll notice any difference. When I've purchased it in the past, it has been labelled: "Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner".
