Pre-Spray question

i have a few gallons of pre-spray i used to use in my HWE days. i can use this up when OP'ing correct? or should i only use products that claim to not leave a residue? lol

it's a Steamway product if i remember right, pH of about 8.5

i guess i am just nervous that my HWE pre-spray won't rinse out well enough with OP'ing...am i off here? will wet pads rinse that stuff out just fine?

thanx --- Derek.

Re: Pre-Spray question

While an OP's agitation is a strong aspect of soil
removal, its result will be enhanced if you allow just
a few minutes of dwell time for a pre spray to soften up the soil. Don't use the pads so wet that they have
have little absobtiveness left. Squeeze them out so
that they are damp. If there appears to be visible soiling remaining, or greater wetness than you want to
leave, then finish up with a dry pad. I'll do this occasionally, but not often.

Re: Pre-Spray question

Almost forgot. The pre spray you have should be fine.
I prefer to use natural products, but that's just both
my own personal preference, plus I use it to my
competitive advantage in all my marketing materials.
On the encap side, when marketing encap cleaning
using Releasit to commercial customers, I stress the
VOC-free aspect of this product, which I think plays
better to Facility Managers and the like, who are
increasingly IAQ-aware.
