I need an opinion/advise.I am cleaning banquet/restaurant chairs (100 of them) next week. I plan on using the orbital that came with my challenger package. Besides pre-vac, prespray,agitate and put the orbital to it, what else do you recommend? Chairs are stainless steel frame cushion seat and hard cloth back. Some are pretty soiled with food and drink. Sounds like you're on the right track here, Chuck.
Spray & agitate the more heavily soiled chairs first,
and perform the absorbtion step last, so as to allow
the cleaner to work for you. Many on the various
c.c. boards & forums (fora?) report success in
encapping chairs like these. Just spray, scrub & run.

i am doing some tomorrow in a bank Chuck. i will use a 6" hand-held oscillator. pre-vac, pre-spray some Encap and then OP with cotton bonnets...done. i haven't done this yet with the hand-held OP, but should work out well.
