Have found contradictory information on the WWW about the operational status of the post office in Acharacle. Have not been successful in getting a reply from the contact information posted on-line for sources of definitive information on the status includeing shop keepers and hoteliers. Wish to mail resupply packages to a couple locations along me route and to send items used for Intenational that are not needed for hillwalking the Park Hotel.

Might anyone confirm the operational status of the post office(s) in Acharacle and detail email contact information for same? If there is no operational post office in Acharacle, might anyone provide reliable information on or more post offices nearby? How about a post office close to the Glasgow Airport.
