Time is running out to reserve a place at the Spring Gathering. I have only reserved rooms at the hotels until the end of January after which they will be available to the general public.

I also need to know by the end of the month if you are planning to come so that I can start talking to The Sportsman about the Saturday dinner and the camp site about a possible discount for campers and the provision of breakfast at the Sportsman for those camping.
