Happy New Year to all Challengers past and present!

As I continue to finalise my route ready to send it off to our glorious leaders and their illustrious vetters, I pause to note the end of a forgettable year and look forward to 2022 with 'bated breath'. My to-do list:
- Finish TGOC22 route.
- Enjoy New Year's Eve with a nice bottle of red and Jools Holland on the TV.
- Have a lot of walks in the fresh air, starting my training for the Challenge on Winter Hill, and building my climbs and distance.
- Eat less biscuits and a bit less cake.
- Escape for a warm-up at Easter.
- Smile more, because I can!

Happy new Year to you all!
:grinning:

And a very Happy New Year to you, yours and all the Challenge family.

Re: Happy New Year to all Challengers past and present!

Here’s to a very good year ahead for us all, Lindy! We’ve just returned from Scotland over New Years - managed to fit in Hills of Cromdale and the Corbett Ben Rinnes along with forest walks here and there. Invigorating! Route for 2022 vetted and now exploring 2023 - a ridge just south of Ben Rinnes calling my name so a northern route in the works. See you in May if not before.
